HRIA Apprenticeship & Traineeship Scheme (HATS)

After the successful completion of the pilot HRIA Apprenticeship & Traineeship Scheme (HATS), the HRIA is please to announce the continuation of the scheme to HRIA, EWPA and TSHA Members.

Designed to provide further education opportunities to staff working within the hire and rental industry, the HRIA Apprenticeship & Traineeship Scheme is a Certificate III in Business which has been specifically tailored for the hire industry.

The HRIA Apprenticeship & Traineeship Scheme has been designed to minimise the impact on the hire and rental business and the student. After expression of interest the entire process from determining eligibility, funding application and sign up to the program will be managed for you by our Australian Apprenticeship Support Network partners. The face to face training sessions will take place over 1.5hour zoom sessions each fortnight over a 12-month period.
