Program Launch

From the very first step, we want to ensure not only our Mentees, but also our Mentors, have a clear view of the journey ahead. Clarity allows us to set expectations and objectives to ensure maximum value can be obtained by our participants. This event is designed to provide a clear overview of how the program will run and the opportunity for Mentees and Mentors to step off in the right direction. We will explore the process of having a mentor and how to make full use of the opportunity. Kick off the Young Professionals Development Program with confidence and set yourself up for success!

Module 1: Goals Routines & Habits

Learning agility is our ability to learn, adapt, unlearn, and relearn to keep up with constantly changing conditions. In this module we will cover self-awareness, work values, resilience, stress management, assertiveness, and self-confidence.

Module 4: Learning Agility Personal Brand

Module 5: Technology & Innovation

Wind back the clock as little as 5 years and you will see a significant difference between how business was done then and now. The Technology and Innovation module is designed to explore current and emerging trends that affect how we work and potentially how we will work in the next 5 years. This is an opportunity to not only hear from industry experts on specific topics but also a chance for Mentees to provide insight on how they view the future of working in the hire industry. A valuable workshop for both Mentees and Mentors alike.
